Sara lives in a home for abandoned children. While awaiting her father's return, she feels as if her youth is slipping through her fingers.

Belén Funes, director and screenwriter. Born in Barcelona in 1984. Studied Directing and Screenwriting. Sara's Runaway is her first short film. It premiered at Málaga Spanish Film Festival where it won awards for the best film and best directing.
