Nada (100) and her daughter Vera (75) have a tense, but smooth-running and close relationship. Childish Vera takes care about her mute, feeble, although sometimes cruel, mother. One day, however, a bat flies into Nada's room and finds shelter under her bed. The animal's presence restores the old woman's long lost strength, drastically affecting the relationship between mother and daughter. This horror comedy had its premiere at Telluride Film Festival.
Daina Oniunas-Pusić, croatian director and scriptwriter living and working in London. In 2013 she won Jelena Rajković Award for Best Croatian Filmmaker under Age of 30.
