In cooperation with the European Parliament Information Office, Zagreb Film Festival organizes a quiz game on European cinema. With participation of the well known TV quiz man Dean Kotega, our film quiz will take place in The Europe House, Cesarčeva 6, on Saturday, 25 October at 16:00.
Kotega will be asking questions and hosting the quiz based on the rules seasoned quiz lovers are all too familiar with: the host reads questions and teams (up to five members each) write down their answers on pieces of paper and render them to the host at the end of the game.
Cheating is not allowed. The question & answer session is followed by a short break during which the answers will be corrected. Correct answers will then be read and winners proclaimed.
We have an extremely attractive prize pool: tickets for two Sunday screenings of Zagreb Film Festival, festival catalogues and T-shirts, DVDs, umbrellas… There is no participation fee but there will be plenty of snacks.
Apply on kvizff@gmail.com as soon as possible because the number of participants is limited. Your application should contain the name of your team and the names of its members.
As a reminder, one of the programs of the 12th ZFF is LUX Film Days program, organized in cooperation with the European Parliament which gives annual LUX film award to promote the public debate on the European Union and its policies and stimulates European (co)productions. Three finalists of LUX Award will be shown at ZFF: Ida by British-Polish director Pawel Pawlikowski, Girlhood by French filmmaker Céline Sciamma and Slovenian classroom thriller Class Enemy by Rok Biček. We can see them in Cinema Tuškanac on Sunday, 26 October. Admission is free.
