The Saturday award-presentation ceremony and screening of A Pigeon Sat On A Branch, Reflecting On Existence by Swedish filmmaker Roy Andersson (shown out of competition) wrapped up the competition part of the 12th ZFF. This time, Golden Pram for Best Feature Film and a cash prize in the amount of EUR 4,000 went to Georgian film Blind Dates by Levan Koguashvili. The jury also gave two special mentions for feature film: to Difret by Zeresenay Berhane Mehari and Of Horses And Men by Benedikt Erlingsson.

Golden Pram for Best Documentary Film and a cash prize in the amount of EUR 1,000 went to Matjaž Ivanišin for his Karpotrotter. The special mention in this category went to Naked Island by Tiha K. Gudac.

The winner of Golden Pram for Best Short Film and a cash prize in the amount of EUR 1,000 is Kowalski by Andrei Creţulescu. HT Audience Award for Best Feature Film went to No One's Child by Vuk Ršumović, the film that opened the festival on Sunday, 19 October.

Golden Pram for Best Film in Checkers Program and a cash prize in the amount of EUR 1,000, provided by Croatian Film Directors' Guild, went to Sonja Tarokić's On Shaky Ground. Special Mention went to Manjača by Tin Žanić.

More than 150 films were shown in 12 ZFF programs at six venues. The festival saw more guests than ever before – more than one hundred of them. Industry – the festival's side program intended for film professionals – also included more activities than ever before. The festival has already had around 30,000 visitors. The program continues on Sunday, 26 October, when a number of films from the main program and side programs will be shown again, together with the films from LUX Film Days program, realized in cooperation with the European Parliament.
