Assis, 2005. A troubadour walks the streets of St. Francis of Assisi’s hometown, singing and playing the Song of Brother Sun or Song of the Creatures, written by St. Francis back in the winter of 1224.
Miguel Gomes was born in 1972 in Portugal. Former film critic and award-winning director. His debut feature The Face You Deserve screened in Rotterdam. His film Tabu won the FIPRESCI Prize at the Berlinale in 2012.
