The purpose of the long-time cooperation of Sarajevo Film Festival and Zagreb Film Festival is to strengthen the regional platform for promotion of new authors and stimulate regional filmmaking. As part of the cooperation, a selection of ZFF's short films ("The Best of Checkers") has been shown in SFF Guests Present program of Sarajevo Film Festival for the past three years. Now that Sarajevo City of Film is focusing on narrative features, we are presenting a selection from their past short film production.
